Method:
Marinate 1 kg chicken with 40 g BON Chicken Sukka / Curry Powder and tamarind juice for 15 minutes. Then cook the same till chicken is half cooked and keep aside. In a separate vessel, fry 2 sliced onions in 3-4 tbsp. Of oil/ghee until brown, add 7-8 crushed garlic cloves ½ and inch of crushed ginger and sauté, add 2 springs of curry leaves,1 grated coconut(medium size) and sauté till coconut turns slightly brown .Now add the half cooked chicken ,mix well and cook till done on a medium flame stirring occasionally
For Curry:
Follow steps as mentioned above, instead of adding grated coconut cook the chicken in thin coconut milk, then add thick coconut milk boil and put off the flame.
Note:
You can cook 2 kg chicken with our 80g BON Chicken Sukka /Curry Powder by doubling the ingredients.
