Ingredients:
Ghee-4tbsp, Onion-3 big size, BON GINGER GARLIC paste 2tsp, Curry leaves-1 spring, Tamarind-marble size or juice of one lime, Coriander leaves-20g, Coconut-1 big size, Chicken-2Kg. Red Chillies, Coriander, Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, salt and NaturaMethod:
Marinate 2 kg chicken with contents of this packet 20 or 30 minutes. Extract thick and thin coconut juice / milk and keep aside. Fry onions in ghee till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste curry leaves and sauté for some time. Now add the marinated chicken is well cooked add coriander leaves and thick coconut milk. Cook on low flame for 3 minutes.l spices.
